Join us at UC Davis for the Kritik Lunch & Learn Series, featuring Jeffrey Hoch, Professor and Chief of the Division of Health Policy and Management in the Department of Public Health Sciences, and Associate Director of the Center for Healthcare Policy and Research at the University of California, Davis.

Hosted by Mohsen Shahini, Academic Director at Kritik, this interactive session will explore practical ways educators can rethink assessment, student engagement, and authentic learning in the age of AI.

Drawing on Jeffrey’s experience in higher education, attendees will explore how peer assessment and authorship transparency can help make student learning more visible, strengthen critical thinking, and support meaningful feedback without adding unnecessary grading workload.
