As instructors seek to construct meaningful educational experiences that allow students to solve real-world problems, receiving peer assessment can drive engagement while keeping students accountable. Even though business courses are designed with the goal of giving students the opportunity to work together as a team, they can be transformed with peer review.
A study(1) conducted at the Curtin University of Technology revealed that students agreed that peer assessment promotes a sense of ownership, engagement, and personal responsibility for the learning experience.
